Job Creation on Main Street

Diggs Brown has run a business. He has worked with entrepreneurs to create jobs. He has helped families save and invest. He has stood with the businesses who drive our economy and create jobs.

It’s that real-world experience that has led to Diggs Brown’s rock-solid belief that real solutions don’t come from Washington, that high taxes hurt job creation, that government overreach crushes innovation, and that the American people are the single-most powerful economic engine and creative force in the history of the world.

Financial Advisor

Diggs Brown is the president of Diggs Brown & Associates, a financial advising firm. He helps businesses, farmers, ranchers and families save, invest and plan for the future. He’s a fiscal conservative, knowing that savings and thrift are the best ways to weather tough economic times. With government spending out of control, we need someone with those values in Washington.

Standing for Business

As a member of the Fort Collins City Council from 2005-2008, Diggs Brown fought against higher taxes and fees on businesses and families. He worked hard to expand water storage in Northern Colorado. He stood up to the public-employee union bosses and won. Business leaders know they have a friend in Diggs Brown, and in 2009 Diggs Brown was named the Citizen of the Year by the Fort Collins Board of Realtors.

Not Your Typical Stuffed Suit

What can you add to Diggs Brown’s resume? How about that he worked as a roughneck for the Rocket Oil company in an Oklahoma oil field? Or that he’s written a book (“Your Neighbor Went to War”)? Or that he is a trained chef? Or that he appeared in several episodes of the TV hit Dallas? (Seriously… a couple of movies, too.) For thirty years, Diggs Brown has lived an ambitious life of service and sacrifice.
